  • Work as an independent contractor to provide UX and product design expertise;

  • Implement product design methodologies and user experience standards, provides experience strategies, builds prototypes and designs apps and websites for Hunt, Gather, an Austin-based advertising and design agency;

  • Researched, designed and created a mobile application prototype for HP as a contractor for Projekt202, an Austin-based technology consultancy; 

  • Created experience strategies and prototyped responsive websites for Scout Health.

  • Led designed-focus projects consisting of websites, mobile apps, customer experiences and voice UI applications for clients such as Cinnabon, 7-11, Allstate and  Ingram-Micro;

  • Collaborated with visual designers, copy writers, content strategists, developers and project managers to design and build innovative digital solutions.

  • Spearheaded design thinking-based user research and moderated user testing sessions;

  • Managed the UX team’s resourcing and staffing;

  • Directed research, provided product strategy, wireframed key flows, helped to visual design and documented a fully-responsive enterprise design system that launched in 18 international markets;

  • Raised over $1 million with a new 10,000-product website for CampusTech.com;

  • Created a social media micro-donation campaign that raised over $8,000 in 48 hours and increased direct mail donations by over 300% for World Bicycle Relief;

  • Other clients included Chicago Tribune, Sony, and Northwestern Mutual.

  • Designed dozens of splash pages that lead to higher response for a national insurance company;

  • Created video animation motion graphics for trade shows.
