Kurt's got a great blend of a curious mind with an easygoing but thoughtful approach to problem solving. He's got opinions, to be sure, but he enjoys the debate and works hard to build consensus. He listens and applies that listening to his work. He cares about all the right stuff: getting it right, making people around him better, and the sheer craft of the build. Have been really grateful to have him on projects with me and seen his best work. Strongly recommend him.

Kurt is a great collaborative experience designer who loves a problem and is eager to solve it.
